Directions: Blend 2 scoops (makes about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300 degree F griddle. Cook pancakes 1-1.5 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning only once.
